About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead the successful implementation for our clients. In this remote role, you will own the onboarding process, ensuring seamless project execution and developing a deep expertise in the credit union ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer onboarding projects from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are consistently met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead milestone meetings, provide weekly status updates, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with executive-level sponsors to align solutions with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on industry best practices.
  • Track and manage project scope, including preparing change orders when needed.
  • Coach and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of methodologies, templates, and tools to enhance delivery capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or enterprise software implementations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including VP and C-suite.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings with customers, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and navigate complex integration challenges.
  • Expertise with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to understand, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Executive presence, consultative mindset, and strong leadership skills.
  • Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning, product expertise, and contributing to a high-growth organization.
