Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication.
- Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships focused on mutual success.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and priorities, and convert them into clear internal actions.
- Support and guide client-generated initiatives to develop practical and effective solutions.
- Partner with clients to uncover opportunities for innovation and enhanced service offerings.
- Bridge communication between client stakeholders and internal technical or delivery units.
- Assist in responding to procurement inquiries by clarifying and gathering requirements for proposals.
- Lead sessions or meetings to define project scope and align expectations.
- Ensure proposed solutions accurately reflect the client's business goals and needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to uphold high levels of client satisfaction during implementation.
- Track project progress, manage escalations, and maintain transparent communication across all parties.
- Monitor performance indicators, report outcomes, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to expand services, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Help shape account strategies and engagement plans to support business expansion.
