About the Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end AWS cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives while serving as the primary point of contact for client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of cloud migration projects on the AWS platform
- Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture and security standards
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive client adoption of cloud solutions through change management and training support
- Manage project documentation, status reporting, and governance processes
- Lead post-migration reviews to assess performance and identify improvement areas
- Serve as the main client liaison for project updates and issue resolution
- Align technical deliverables with business outcomes and strategic objectives
- Support sales teams with technical scoping and solution design during pre-sales phases
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Track key performance indicators and success metrics for cloud initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and client engagements

- Experience with multi-cloud environments beyond AWS
