This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that improve the overall employee experience, from onboarding through ongoing development and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational values and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement programs that support employee engagement and satisfaction

- Track metrics related to employee satisfaction and retention
- Support change management efforts across departments
- Ensure HR policies reflect a people-first approach
- Partner with managers to improve team-level experience
- Maintain documentation for employee journey touchpoints
- Stay current on workplace trends and best practices
- Evaluate third-party tools for employee engagement
- Assist in planning company-wide culture events
- Help align learning opportunities with employee needs
- Promote transparency in internal decision-making
- Address systemic issues affecting workplace morale
- Support remote work experience enhancements
- Contribute to employer branding through authentic storytelling
- Ensure compliance with labor standards in experience programs
- Facilitate peer connection and mentorship programs
- Drive continuous improvement based on data insights
