Radiometer America Inc., part of Cytiva and Danaher, is looking for an EMEA Cell Culture Field Application Specialist to establish technical credibility and guide customers on advanced bioprocessing technologies. You will co-develop tailored solutions for complex challenges and contribute to validating new methods.

What You'll Do

Present Cytiva’s innovations and studies to secure new and expand existing business.
Support the Spec Win program by driving early-phase adoption and ensuring continuity into late-stage and commercial manufacturing.
Work closely with the Cell Culture team to lead strategic campaigns that drive market share and account expansion.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver complete customer solutions and support contract manufacturing opportunities.
Provide competitive insights and customer feedback to inform product and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For

Graduate or BSc degree in life science or closely related field.
First experience of technical sales and/or working within the Bioprocess; Biotech/Life Sciences/and/or Biopharmaceutical industries, ideally in cell line development, cell culture process development and/or manufacturing.
A proven record of leading key projects.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in local language and English.
Solid problem-solving skills ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions.
Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally for trainings, meetings, and customer visits.
Valid drivers license.
