Capgemini is hiring an Embedded Software Developer to focus on OS configuration and development for Qualcomm-based SoCs. You will join a team dedicated to building the low-level software that powers modern hardware platforms.
What You'll Do
- Perform OS configuration and development for Linux, Android, and QNX on Qualcomm-based SoCs
- Develop and maintain kernel-level components to support platform functionality
- Implement and adapt device drivers for the target hardware platform
- Integrate and validate Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet drivers
- Develop hardware diagnostic applications to support system bring-up and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or a related field
- Professional experience in software development
- Experience with Linux/Android/QNX kernel and user space
- Good C/C++ programming skills
- Basic knowledge of Python or another scripting language
Nice to Have
- Automotive software experience
- Basic knowledge of embedded devices
- Experience in embedded system architecture and real-time software development
