Responsibilities
- Configure and develop operating systems such as Linux, Android, and QNX for Qualcomm system-on-chip platforms
- Design and maintain software components at the kernel level to enable core platform features
- Create and modify device drivers tailored to specific hardware requirements
- Integrate and verify connectivity drivers including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet
- Build diagnostic tools and applications to assist in hardware validation and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Android, or QNX operating systems in both kernel and user space
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with Python or another scripting language
- Proven background in professional software development
- Understanding of embedded device fundamentals and operation
- Experience working with embedded system architectures and real-time operating environments
