GlossGenius is looking for an Embedded Software and System Integration Lead to shape the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration. You will drive cutting-edge TPU technology for demanding AI/ML applications, developing custom silicon solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and lead the team responsible for firmware and infrastructure development for AI/ML SoC bring-up and validation.
- Lead the team developing embedded firmware, bare metal tests, and low-level debug tools for pre- and post-silicon SoC validation.
- Co-work with architecture, design, and verification teams to enable Hardware-Software co-design.
- Engage with the silicon design team early to drive integration validation and firmware feature enablement throughout development.
- Work with post-silicon and platform hardware teams to ensure silicon enablement and support silicon debugs.
- Drive all people management functions, including hiring, development, and resource prioritization to meet project timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience leading an embedded or firmware development team.
- Experience with embedded software or firmware development in C/C++.
- Experience bringing up bare-metal environments on SoCs.
- Experience leading firmware debugs on silicon and using debug tools like TRACE32 and OpenOCD.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ARM and RISC-V architectures.
- Experience using emulation platforms for firmware enablement, validation, and debug.
- Experience with industry-standard software development practices and agile methodologies.
- Understanding of SoC architecture and interfaces (e.g., AXI, DDR, PCIe).
