About the Role
The Email Marketing Specialist will lead the development and optimization of email campaigns to drive user engagement and retention. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, segmenting audiences, and ensuring messaging aligns with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage automated and triggered email workflows
- Develop email content strategies based on user behavior and lifecycle stages
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling messaging
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates and conversions
- Optimize send times, subject lines, and CTAs through A/B testing
- Maintain email deliverability and list hygiene standards
- Segment audiences to personalize messaging and improve relevance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and anti-spam laws
- Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to email strategy
- Work with product teams to align email campaigns with feature launches
- Track and report on KPIs to stakeholders
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering and tracking
- Support re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting approaches
- Coordinate multilingual email deployments when needed
- Manage email calendar and campaign scheduling
- Evaluate third-party email tools and integrations
- Document processes and best practices for email operations
