Ellevation is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership teams. You will be instrumental in aligning people strategies with business objectives to support our mission.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects such as talent planning, change management, and culture initiatives.
  • Analyze people metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
