Lincoln Electric is looking for an Electrical Technician to build and wire our automation-designed machinery and equipment. You'll be a key part of bringing our advanced manufacturing systems to life.
What You'll Do
- Read and interpret developmental blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Assemble electrical panels using basic hand and power tools.
- Solve problems independently and as part of a team.
- Coordinate and manage projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to successfully complete projects.
- Work effectively with helpers, engineers, management, and support functions.
- Ensure required project-specific checklists are completed.
- Manage jobs with multiple employees.
- Travel for installations and service as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- A commitment to company values.
- Proficiency in shop math.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly Pay Range: $28.35 - $37.00

This is an onsite position based in Coldwater.
