We are seeking Senior React.js Frontend Developer 🔎🕵🏼 Job Purpose The core objective involves enhancing and completing SelectFI's emerging frontend platform, guaranteeing comprehensive alignment with the existing WordPress iteration. You will evaluate and authenticate the partially constructed React + Next.js interface in staging environments and supervise its successful deployment to production, delivering a rapid, expandable, and user-friendly experience for premium automotive dealership networks. This position demands robust React competencies, profound understanding of scalable frontend architectures, and strategic collaboration with product and backend teams to facilitate a seamless transition from legacy systems to contemporary platforms. Responsibilities - Spearhead frontend architectural development for the organization's primary product, transitioning from WordPress to a robust React + Next.js infrastructure - Construct sophisticated user interfaces utilizing ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Zustand, MUI, and Styled Components - Design web application user interfaces using React.js - Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, architect, and implement innovative features - Enhance application performance for maximum velocity and adaptability - Execute responsive design strategies ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility - Diagnose and resolve technical complications to maintain and elevate application functionality - Remain current with contemporary frontend technological trends and industry best practices - Operate within Agile Scrum methodologies and proactively contribute to team evolution - Comprehensively document personal implementations and technological decisions - Actively participate in design processes by proposing innovative technological solutions - Mentor junior developers, disseminating knowledge and establishing best practice standards Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 4 years professional experience as ReactJS/Web Developer, constructing production-caliber applications - Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Comprehensive Next.js expertise, including server-side rendering and modern frontend architectural approaches - Demonstrated experience with state management tools like Zustand, Redux, or Context API - Extensive background with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and external service integrations - Proficiency in unit and integration testing utilizing Jest and React Testing Library - Expertise designing modular, scalable UI components supporting flexible design systems - Advanced Git and contemporary version control workflow capabilities - Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric development methodologies - Thorough knowledge of algorithmic strategies, design patterns, and modularization best practices - Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and entrepreneurial mindset - Capacity to operate autonomously and collaboratively within fast-moving, cross-functional environments - Superior communication and collaborative interpersonal skills - Advanced English linguistic proficiency (verbal and written) Nice to Have - Experience with MUI, Styled Components, or analogous UI component libraries - Background in WordPress-to-React migrations or CMS integration processes - Familiarity with authentication frameworks like Auth0 and JWT - Professional experience in fintech, lending, or automotive retail sectors
