Tante-E GmbH is looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) to be the central point of contact for our clients, managing and developing their Shopify online shops. You will coordinate between clients and our internal teams to implement solutions, manage projects, and drive sustainable shop growth.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for long-term client partners, ensuring their online shops function and grow sustainably.
- Identify potential, develop strategies, and present smart solutions to elevate client shops, addressing pain points and challenges.
- Serve as the central interface between clients, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance, translating requirements into clear task packages.
- Manage budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget from concept to final implementation.
- Monitor the results of implemented measures, proactively identifying and solving problems.
- Research e-commerce and Shopify-specific topics, continuously building knowledge and bringing new ideas into collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce.
- Proficiency with Shopify: ability to set up a shop independently, understand key functions, and use the platform efficiently.
- Experience in e-commerce with the ability to provide well-founded recommendations for shop optimization.
- Previous project responsibility: experience in independently planning, coordinating, steering, and successfully completing projects.
- Confident in customer communication and experienced in customer contact, able to build strong relationships and communicate transparently.
- Excellent organizational and structured working style, maintaining overview even in turbulent situations.
- Decisive and confident in your assessment, even when not all information is available.
- Quick comprehension and ability to logically understand technical matters.
- Ability to adhere to previously defined project processes.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to clearly pass requirements from customer contact to Design, Development, and QA.
- Proactive attitude, not waiting for others to tell you what to do.
- Very good English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Very good German skills (minimum C2 level).
