Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom CRM functionality using .NET frameworks
- Design, test, and deploy plug-ins to extend platform capabilities
- Lead CRM system upgrades, including migration from older versions to current environments
- Collaborate on database architecture and write efficient queries using MS SQL
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM modules and backend systems
Required Expertise
- Proven track record of coding in .NET to build scalable applications
- Minimum of five years’ experience working directly with Dynamics CRM
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 2011 and exposure to newer versions, including Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL for data modeling and performance tuning
- Prior involvement in CRM upgrade projects, from planning through execution
- Familiarity with plug-in development to support automation and business logic
