Aloe Identity is hiring a DXE - Software Engineer (React Native) to unlock mobile development and realize our cross-platform vision. You will build a React Native component system from scratch at an early-stage startup reimagining enterprise identity.
What You'll Do
- Build an incredible React Native component system from the ground up.
- Translate product and design requirements into beautiful, performant, scalable interfaces.
- Integrate mobile and desktop experiences seamlessly into native platform APIs.
- Design and implement offline-first sync, GraphQL caching strategies, and optimistic updates for enterprise-scale data.
- Work directly with Head of Design and Experience Engineering.
- Collaborate heavily across product, design, and engineering.
- Work effectively in a fully remote environment with Zoom and asynchronous collaboration.
- Continuously learn new technologies with a 'life-long learner' mindset.
- Participate in the interview process for engineering candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Deep React Native expertise.
- Ability to solve complex performance challenges.
Nice to Have
- Performance optimization at scale.
- Experience with optimizing React Native components for web.
- Complex state management (GraphQL, offline sync, real-time updates).
- Data visualization libraries (D3, Charts.js, Recharts).
- Accessible, WCAG-compliant mobile applications.
