Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role involves relocating to Bulgaria to deliver professional support through various communication channels and collaborate effectively within a team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilize various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
- Become well-versed in our client systems to provide accurate solutions to customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools for remote support.
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this position.
