This role involves supporting Dutch-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and providing outstanding service to ensure their experiences are seamless. The opportunity includes fully paid relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with booking requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
- Provide tailored travel recommendations based on individual client preferences and needs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, focusing on solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Document client interactions and support requests accurately within our CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends and travel-related information to offer valuable insights.
