Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch across multiple communication channels
- Provide accurate details on accommodations, availability, and travel experiences
- Design personalized travel arrangements based on client needs
- Address and resolve issues such as booking changes, cancellations, or service concerns
- Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for continuity

Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
