Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking Remote Support Specialist. You will provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients remotely from Greece, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring positive customer interactions.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using the ticketing system.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Create and update FAQ and support documentation for client reference.
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving customer service and support processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support.
