Patrique Mercier Recruitment By Cyriel is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to support customers in the tourism industry. This is a remote position based in Greece. You will engage with Dutch-speaking travelers to assist with their inquiries, planning, and overall experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding tourism products and services.
- Provide detailed information on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Assist customers in planning trips, making reservations, and offering support throughout their journey.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service quality improvement.
- Stay informed about tourism trends and product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong dedication to customer service and a passion for the tourism industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a remote environment.
- A proactive, friendly attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must hold an EU passport.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in tourism or hospitality.
