Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for the insurance industry. You will provide exceptional support to clients navigating their insurance needs in a fast-paced environment. This remote position is based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policies and inquiries.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits, guiding them through claims processes.
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and keep accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends to better assist clients and offer relevant advice.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
- A strong desire to help others and provide outstanding customer care.
