SPEED-FIT is offering a dual Master's degree program in Prevention and Health Management in Berlin. You'll gain practical experience by taking on roles in service and training operations while simultaneously developing your skills through strength-oriented leadership and management tasks across different company departments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough training preparation
- Work independently in the service area
- Provide individualized training supervision
- Take on leadership tasks in responsibility areas including: success concept, sales management, inventory management, shift planning, administration, quality management, process management, human resources management, IT management, social media management, and trainee club management
- Potentially lead your own projects
