Responsibilities
- Build and improve APIs for external users, emphasizing speed, stability, and ease of use.
- Construct and manage a low-latency alerting system, covering data ingestion, anomaly identification, and dependable alerting.
- Enhance the efficiency of advanced analytical queries used in APIs and reporting interfaces through close coordination with database infrastructure teams.
- Develop user-friendly and robust tools enabling data exploration and customizable alert creation from log and metric data.
- Expand the scalability of API and alerting systems to accommodate increasing internal and customer-driven demands.
- Work alongside front-end developers and product stakeholders to define interface specifications and ensure cohesive data access.
- Maintain system reliability by implementing detailed observability solutions and taking part in an on-call schedule, including off-hours support when necessary.
