Salesforce is looking for a Distinguished, Strategic Solutions Engineer (Wealth Management) to join our Financial Services organization. You will be instrumental in driving purpose-built solution selling at scale, blending release management with the creation of scalable assets in close partnership with Sales and Product teams.
What You'll Do
- Apply expertise in the Wealth Management space and maintain a forward-looking perspective on industry evolution.
- Present to C-level executives in the Wealth Management industry.
- Lead internal and external events tailored to a Wealth Management audience.
- Utilize Salesforce metadata configuration tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to leverage Salesforce functionality in Wealth Management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy demos and functionalities to scalable environments.
- Collaborate with ISS leads, build teams, and other internal support teams to align release strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate release plans and changes to stakeholders, facilitating necessary approvals and sign-offs.
- Identify and manage risks related to Salesforce releases.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure smooth releases.
- Maintain detailed release documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Document release procedures, guidelines, and lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methodologies.
- Experience and willingness to help with build tasks, as needed.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, OmniStudio Consultant or Developer, Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.

- Typical base salary range: $130,830 - $237,370 annually. In California, New York, and select metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $143,850 - $261,170 per year.
