As a Distinguished Engineer, you will act as the primary technical architect and lead engineer for our Business Lending and Capital Markets software assets, shaping the multi-year strategy for commercial underwriting, risk solutions, securitization systems, and trading platforms.

Advance AI adoption across engineering practices and strategically determine how to leverage agentic AI within systems.
Operate with a platform mindset across the enterprise, bridging complex data silos.
Be a hands-on engineer, developing prototypes, contributing code, mentoring technical staff and advising executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering.
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages like Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, etc.
8+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development.
3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies.
