Capgemini is hiring a Director

About the Role

Capgemini Invent is hiring a Director to lead our ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) capability. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end GTM solutioning, building and scaling a market-leading practice, overseeing delivery excellence, and driving innovation to shape clients' HR technology architecture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead GTM solutioning from initial conversation to proposal, shaping client HRSD engagement-layer and workflow solutions.
  • Translate complex HR and GBS requirements into clear, compelling, high-value transformation propositions.
  • Build and scale a market-leading ServiceNow HRSD capability, growing the team and strengthening delivery methods.
  • Ensure consultants remain fully certified and equipped to deploy the latest platform capabilities and best-practice approaches.
  • Oversee delivery excellence across a portfolio of engagements with a hands-on focus on discovery, stakeholder management, transformation design, and business analysis.
  • Drive innovation through deep product and market insight, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD enhancements, AI features, and evolving HR/GBS operating models.
  • Shape clients’ North Star HR technology architecture, ensuring ServiceNow HRSD is optimally positioned within a broader HR ecosystem.
  • Contribute to business development, including leading proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
  • Contribute internally to campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice operations.
  • Participate in learning and development, including training and certifications.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong consulting discipline, with the ability to translate complex HR and GBS workflow challenges into structured, value-driven ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Skilled in defining future-state operating models, designing transformation methods, and shaping compelling business cases.
  • An innovation mindset — curious, collaborative, and comfortable challenging existing ways of working.
  • A human-centred, design-led approach to transformation and embracing emerging technology (AI, automation, digital workflows).
  • Leadership with clarity and credibility, capable of growing a high-performing HRSD capability, coaching consultants, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD platform capabilities, including case management, lifecycle events, and AI-enabled features.
  • Adept at shaping “North Star” HR technology architectures and advising on HRSD integration within a broader HR ecosystem.
  • Current knowledge of platform updates and HR technology trends.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a consulting background.
  • Proven success in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery.
  • Business development experience generating approximately £2m of consulting revenues.
