About the Role
Lead and direct technical project management across client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, team coordination, and alignment with strategic goals through proactive planning and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders on delivery matters
- Monitor project health, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and engineering leads to align execution
- Drive agile and waterfall project methodologies tailored to project needs
- Establish clear communication channels between internal teams and clients
- Oversee budget tracking and change management processes
- Mentor project managers and elevate team delivery standards
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting requirements
- Facilitate key project milestones and decision points
- Manage scope changes and negotiate adjustments with stakeholders
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Coordinate integration of research, design, and technical development
- Support sales efforts with delivery planning and scoping inputs
- Translate business objectives into executable project plans
- Maintain executive-level dashboards and status reports
- Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
- Ensure alignment with client goals and brand standards
- Balance client expectations with team capacity and timelines
- Drive adoption of project management best practices
- Escalate risks and issues with recommended solutions
- Foster strong team dynamics across distributed members
- Uphold quality standards across deliverables and timelines
Nice to Have
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience in consumer insights or research-driven projects
- Background in creative or advertising agencies
- Familiarity with design thinking or human-centered design
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and KPIs
