Responsibilities

  • Create and continuously improve the sales process while defining customer profiles tailored to different regions, industries, and business sizes
  • Strengthen team expertise by using established playbooks and introducing proven personal methodologies
  • Build and oversee sales systems that enhance pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes through effective forecasting and training
  • Drive customer acquisition and account growth with innovative sales leadership and strategic outreach
  • Establish standardized sales approaches that consistently deliver results aligned with organizational targets
  • Recruit, train, and expand a sales team composed of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
  • Track team performance and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategic priorities
  • Set and manage measurable objectives and key results, including activity metrics, win rates, and revenue goals using pipeline oversight
