DuckDuckGo is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the development of privacy products used by millions globally. You will define strategy and guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams to build privacy products.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and partner functions to define, prioritize, and develop new products and features end-to-end.
- Take ownership of specific product components and contribute to company-wide product strategy.
- Define and maintain a high bar for quality in all product development work.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 4+ years in product management leadership roles (e.g., Director, Principal, Head).
- Experience leading product features from inception through launch.
- 2+ years working on a product with a large, diverse user base (>500k weekly active users).
- Strong people and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience bringing together cross-functional teams to goal-set, roadmap, and resource projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging experiments and data to inform product decisions.
- Experience collecting and learning from user feedback.
- Excellent product intuition and taste.
- Aptitude for translating complex technical topics into simple product solutions.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
