Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement
Nice to Have
- Certification from NAPM or APICS
- Training and hands-on experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Demonstrated history of achieving cost-saving goals
- Advanced negotiation capabilities
- Extensive experience reviewing and analyzing contracts
- Superior communication abilities, including public speaking, direct negotiations, and written correspondence
- Proven leadership in senior procurement positions within fast-scaling organizations
- Skill in managing and aligning multiple team initiatives toward common goals
- Outstanding organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with internal departments engaged in the procure-to-pay workflow
