Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition (Hybrid Remote) — Corporate & Specialty Recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for corporate and specialty roles.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership.
  • Identify and address any recruitment challenges or bottlenecks in the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
