Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for corporate and specialty roles.

- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage recruitment budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership.
- Identify and address any recruitment challenges or bottlenecks in the hiring process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
