About the Role

Visit.org is hiring a Director of Product to maximize efficiency in our fluid startup environment. You will own the overall product strategy, drive AI-first product development, and lead a team to deliver innovative enterprise products at a global scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own Visit.org's overall product strategy, collaborate with the CTO and COO to ensure effective and timely launch and execution of products.
  • Drive product development, create a long-term strategy and vision, and prioritize work to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of the roadmap.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative global-scale enterprise products.
  • Lead an AI-first product strategy by embedding AI capabilities into the product roadmap and driving adoption of AI tools to optimize internal product development processes.
  • Create a collaborative and dynamic team culture. Proactively plan the structure, scale and develop the product team.
  • Set processes for your team, working closely with business partners to ensure all are working towards the same goals.
  • Become an expert with our software, customers, and market, and be able to identify, prioritize, and execute on tactical and strategic projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, such as sales, account management, and marketing to make sure their objectives are met, opinions are considered, and plans are communicated.
  • Define metrics that inform the success of our products.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Manage Data Strategy to support strategic goals.
  • Direct the collection, processing, and interpretation of data from product usage, sales pipelines, and market research.
  • Present insights from market research to stakeholders in monthly strategy meetings.
  • Conduct periodic design reviews of major projects with C-level stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
  • 4+ years of experience product management in B2B SaaS, with proven success delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products, along with hands-on use of AI tools to enhance decision-making, operations, and cross-functional workflows.
  • History of delivering results and leading with a balanced focus on both analytical.
  • Strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative user research.
  • Exceptional at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right outcome, and then mapping the right strategy and roadmap to get there.
  • Passion for world-class UX and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on board.
  • Self-starter mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate directly with the CTO and COO. A key part of your mandate will be to lead, structure, and develop the product team.

  • Competitive salary range: $150,000 to $180,000 DOE, with equity potentially included.
