The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Director, National Sales – EG Convenience to lead the sales strategy and execution for our convenience retail channel across North America. In this role, you will build critical relationships with key customers and distributors to drive sustainable growth and bring our iconic portfolio to life.
What You'll Do
- Lead collaborative business planning to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and strategic business plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers by identifying strategic opportunities and solving customer challenges.
- Develop detailed Account Business Plans with specific goals, initiatives, actions, and support needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external decision-makers to ensure alignment and build trust.
- Partner with local bottling teams and distributor networks to drive sales capability and align priorities.
- Design and activate direct supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency in product supply operations and foodservice distributor networks.
- Stay informed of competitive activities and ensure timely communication and strategic response to market trends.
- Lead performance review sessions with distributors, measuring and evaluating progress against agreed-upon plans.
- Bring Coca-Cola North America’s portfolio of category innovations to life through distributors at national and local levels.
- Identify and remove barriers to deliver exceptional customer service for distributor partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience in national sales, particularly in the beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and execute complex projects while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Extensive experience working with partners, suppliers, contractors, bottlers, and distributors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including transportation management strategies.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, recommend innovative solutions, and drive towards win-win outcomes.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship.

- Salary: $141,000 - $165,200
