Responsibilities
- Act as the main security contact during customer security evaluations and technical conversations
- Support enterprise sales efforts by addressing security inquiries and conducting architecture reviews
- Interact directly with client security teams and CISOs to communicate organizational security posture
- Manage the team handling security questionnaire responses and customer security audits
- Maintain and enhance the central repository of security responses and supporting evidence
- Streamline and scale processes for responding to security assessments
- Oversee the public-facing Trust Center used by customers for security information
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to resolve security-related obstacles in deals
- Deliver clear insights into security architecture and product-level security controls
- Create security materials that build customer confidence and support sales teams
- Identify common security concerns raised by customers and relay feedback to Security and Product teams
- Partner with Product Security and Engineering to close systemic trust deficiencies
- Enhance documentation and openness regarding security practices

On-site — Sunnyvale, CA
Team
Part of the Security organization; collaborates across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. Reports to VP of Security

- Requires four on-site days per week at Sunnyvale, CA headquarters
- Serves as the primary link between the Security organization and customer security teams
