Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a team of direct sales professionals focused on accelerating new business revenue in the region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with sales operations, incorporating market dynamics and competitive insights
- Participate in territory design, relationship building, and opportunity advancement by supporting field teams through the sales cycle
- Hire, train, and guide team members to achieve high performance standards
- Define sales territories and assign quotas, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations
- Maintain and report reliable sales forecasts and pipeline data to stakeholders
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently
- Engage in executive-level discussions to identify and align with client business objectives
- Foster strong collaboration with consulting, business units, services, marketing, partners, and leadership teams
- Strengthen customer relationships through ongoing non-transactional engagement to enhance satisfaction and retention
