Digital Workplace Sr. System Engineer (VMware Horizon / Virtual Environment Specialist) Location: On-site, Indianapolis Remote Options: Not Available Overview The Digital Workplace Sr. System Engineer contributes to a global team delivering innovative technological solutions with paramount emphasis on user experience, functioning as a critical component of AES's Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) organization. This role serves as the primary support mechanism for managing and advancing AES's VMware Horizon View virtual desktop environment, guaranteeing optimal performance, reliability, and scalability across our worldwide enterprise. Comprehensive hands-on expertise in VMware Horizon View, FSLogix, and App Volumes within enterprise environments is mandatory. Beyond virtualization, the position supports end-user computing technologies encompassing device management systems, end-user hardware, and printing infrastructure, delivering a consistent and secure user experience aligned with AES's global performance, supportability, and data protection standards. This position manages endpoint configuration across PCs, tablets, and phones, including application deployment, client virtualization, process development, and printer management.
