Compañía Panameña de Aviación is seeking a Digital Product Engineering Specialist I to join our team. You will formulate and lead the functional and technical design of digital products and software solutions, playing a key role in the entire product lifecycle from analysis to evolution. Your work will integrate business criteria, user feedback, and new technologies to define secure, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the functional and technical design of digital products and software solutions.
Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle: analysis, design, testing, and evolution.
Integrate business criteria, customer feedback, design best practices, and emerging technologies to define solutions.
Ensure high standards of integration, quality, usability, and performance for delivered solutions.

What We're Looking For

University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years in functional/technical analysis of digital products or software development.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and integrations with middleware and mobile platforms.

Nice to Have

Training in business analysis, software architecture, or certifications in agile methodologies like Scrum, DevOps, or similar.

Technical Stack

Tools for functional/technical stories, integration diagrams, and documentation (Draw.io, Lucidchart, PlantUML).
Web and mobile development technologies (React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
CI/CD flows (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab).
Automated, functional, and non-functional testing tools (Postman, JMeter, Selenium).
Secure development principles and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, PII data protection).
Microservices architectures, containers (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
