About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital media campaigns to maximize ROI. Strong analytical skills and experience with ad platforms are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch paid digital advertising campaigns across various online channels
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and real-time dashboards
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to improve results
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad assets
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing
  • Manage multiple client accounts with varying objectives and KPIs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital ad content
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates
  • Produce performance reports for internal and client review
  • Identify new opportunities for audience expansion and ad placement
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign settings and changes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking and pixel implementation
  • Work closely with account managers to align media plans with client goals
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and platform guidelines
  • Use CRM and ad tech tools to streamline campaign operations
  • Coordinate with external partners and ad networks when necessary
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
  • Forecast performance and manage client expectations
  • Support onboarding of new clients and campaigns

  • Experience in performance marketing agencies
  • Certifications from ad platforms such as Google or Meta
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic buying tools
  • Knowledge of mobile app install campaigns
  • Experience in B2B or healthcare verticals
