Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Digital Design Specialist to lead the end-to-end creation and adaptation of high-impact digital assets across our brand portfolio. In this role, you will be a key driver of digital content for Social Media, GDN, Programmatic, and eCommerce platforms, ensuring all output adheres to best practices and brand standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end creation and adaptation of digital assets for Social Media, GDN, Programmatic, and eCommerce.
- Ensure all digital output strictly adheres to industry best practices, platform-specific standards, and corporate brand policies.
- Partner with Digital, Marketing, and Customer Development teams and external agencies to drive brand goals.
- Manage content for a diverse brand portfolio and contribute to digital optimization and process improvement projects.
- Lead the development of AI-powered copy and imagery for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Profitero and Vizit, translating data into actionable insights.
- Direct divisional projects for the adaptation and updating of key visuals and digital assets, coordinating between internal and external teams.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for visual and technical QA, ensuring assets meet IAB standards, usability requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Analyze incoming project requests and manage workload distribution within the Content Lab team for high-efficiency output.
- Serve as the primary liaison between global divisions and agencies, providing regular updates on project timelines and resources.
What We're Looking For
- BS degree.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in digital content roles, including project and team management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of website design, brand creation, graphic design, and video production.
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Cloud for high-end image and video editing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and YouTube, staying current with digital trends.
- Solid experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to coordinate with internal directors, legal teams, and agency partners.
