Responsibilities
- Create and manage infrastructure configurations using Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform
- Automate routine operations through scripting with Python and similar programming languages
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and AIOps methodologies to streamline system operations and minimize manual intervention
- Develop, configure, and support CI/CD workflows using platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Apply Agentic DevOps principles to improve autonomous decision-making and automation across systems
- Monitor system performance and availability using tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, and lead incident resolution and root cause investigations
- Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Manage system configurations and provisioning using automation tools such as Ansible or Chef
- Administer multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with a focus on cost control and scalability
- Automate the creation of standardized machine images using Packer for consistent deployment environments
- Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases
- Guide and support junior engineering staff while promoting adherence to technical best practices
- Lead integration initiatives and consult with business stakeholders to align technology infrastructure with organizational objectives
- Deliver training and technical support for new systems and emerging technologies
- Remain informed about advancements in technology and evolving industry standards
- Follow corporate policies and adapt to shifting business requirements with flexibility
