Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Implement and manage cloud-based environments and services.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of production systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and configurations.
- Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.
- Support incident response and resolution for production outages.
- Maintain documentation for systems and operational procedures.
- Integrate monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps or systems engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with configuration management systems like Ansible or Puppet.
- Solid scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Understanding of networking, security, and compliance standards.
- Experience with monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Ability to debug and optimize system performance.
- Fluency in English for team communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies.
- Experience working in remote-first organizations.
- Background in agile or lean development methodologies.
- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with security auditing and compliance frameworks.
- Track record of improving system reliability and uptime.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
