Appfire is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our global, distributed DevOps organization. The team cultivates and advocates for standard DevOps practices across all engineering departments, ensures security requirements are met, and provides essential services to support Appfire’s development teams.
What You'll Do
- Design new capabilities on our AWS platform.
- Build or improve CI/CD pipelines with an eye on reliability, security, and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Jenkins, Github Actions, and Docker.
- Ability to deliver and operate production systems end-to-end (design, implement, document, and support).
- Passionate about AI and integrating it into your daily workflows.
- You like working as part of a team.
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
- Fluent in English language (both written and communicational).
Nice to Have
- Coding/scripting skills (Python preferred).
- Experience with GCP and/or Azure.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Experience with observability and logging stacks such as ELK and Grafana (or similar).
