Responsibilities
- Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate
- Provide technical support and resolve issues in cloud environments for CSP clients
- Monitor Azure, Microsoft 365, and CSP platforms, respond to alerts, and maintain system reliability
- Enhance and manage internal cloud-based systems and services
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools
- Contribute to architectural decisions and selection of suitable Azure services
- Develop, configure, and deploy applications and services in Microsoft Azure
- Perform research and development within Microsoft Fabric and evaluate emerging cloud technologies
- Work closely with operations, data, project management, and business teams
- Keep project documentation and technical records up to date using Jira and Confluence
