Wipro is seeking a DevOps Engineer to facilitate coordination between operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. In this role, you will be the bridge between application teams and infrastructure, ensuring efficient software delivery.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain.
- Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirements of the supported software code.
- On-board applications on the DevOps tool and configure them according to client needs.
- Create user access workflows and provide user access as per the defined process.
- Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per client-suggested customizations.
- Collaborate with development staff on the coding and scripting needed to connect code elements with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Leverage tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide timely support to internal and external customers on multiple platforms.
- Address and resolve tickets raised on these tools within a specified TAT.
- Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction.
- Follow the escalation matrix when a resolution becomes complicated or isn't resolved.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical or repeatable issues.
