AnswersNow Inc is looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on building scalable, reliable systems that directly impact families and clinicians. Your work will bring speed, resilience, and simplicity to our platform infrastructure, directly strengthening trust in our services.
What You'll Do
- Own the design and evolution of CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure with AWS.
- Maintain internal packages and dev tools to help accelerate our core Engineers.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems that protect uptime.
- Partner with Engineers to refine deployment processes and system performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Hands-on scaling expertise with core AWS features (VPC, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting (NodeJS, Python, Bash).
- Ability to balance urgency with systems thinking — solving problems quickly while ensuring long-term resilience.
- Integrity, energy, and curiosity to take ownership of complex challenges.
- A collaborative mindset, knowing the best work is done together.
