As a DevOps & Document Engineer based in Iasi, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving cloud-based systems and document engineering processes. You'll work within a global team to ensure reliable system performance, streamline deployment pipelines, and enhance document automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system behavior and error outputs using Dynatrace and Speak Monitoring tools
- Configure and manage applications in the Openshift cloud platform
- Deploy updates, patches, and new releases with precision
- Automate test runs and recurring operational tasks
- Analyze logs and debug issues to support root cause resolution
- Conduct security testing and help implement corrective actions
- Support test environments through software and hardware setup and maintenance
- Collaborate with support teams on defect investigation and categorization
- Design, update, and refine document templates and styling using Doxee Template/Business Designer
- Process and validate structured data in XML and JSON formats
- Develop and modify output formats using XSLT, XSL-FO, and HTML
- Write scripts to automate document and data processing routines
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and support project tracking via Confluence and Jira
- Produce high-quality documentation and assist with routine team tasks using MS Office
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years in a technical role involving automation or document engineering
- Familiarity with core programming logic including loops, conditions, and functions
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Experience using XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, and related technologies
- Background in formatting professional documents, ideally with Doxee tools
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication abilities
- Comfort working in diverse, international teams
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of German language is considered an advantage
