Responsibilities
- Analyzes system behavior, log data, and application components to identify root causes of technical issues
- Works with information security and compliance teams to proactively resolve regulatory requirements
- Partners with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions for complex project scopes
- Creates and configures Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environments
- Supports root cause investigations for infrastructure-related problems as needed
- Contributes to the design and development of infrastructure operations pipelines for global development support
