Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure timely delivery of reliable and high-quality technical solutions
- Provide guidance and professional development support to less experienced engineers
- Conduct technical evaluations and reviews for both junior and senior engineering staff
- Work with leadership to shape and implement strategic business initiatives
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify and align with their technical and operational requirements
