inventYOU is looking for an expert-level DevOps / Automation Engineer to take ownership of our Azure DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, both on-premises and in the cloud. This is a fully remote position, requiring EU citizenship, where you will directly contribute to large-scale European digital transformation projects.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve Azure DevOps infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Implement and manage automated deployment and configuration processes.
- Provide operational support for server and application deployments.
- Facilitate and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices.
- Establish and maintain standardized procedures for system deployments.
- Monitor and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
- Conduct technical reviews, design deployment strategies, and provide technical assurance.
- Design, implement, and manage build/release infrastructure.
- Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform.
What We're Looking For
- EU citizenship is mandatory.
- A university degree (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience after graduation, or a 4-year degree with at least 9 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems and IT operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps Server and Agents (lifecycle, pipelines creation, and maintenance).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile environments.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Terraform (infrastructure as code).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps agent lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline creation, templating, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure as code design using Terraform.
- Proficiency in English at minimum CEFR level B2.

- Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert / AZ-400 certificate.
- Terraform Associate or Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional certificate.
- RHCSA / RHCE certificate.
