About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to support product development
- Analyze and interpret scientific data to guide project decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and regulatory
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
- Follow established protocols and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues during development phases
- Support validation of new methods and technologies
- Present findings to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation for regulatory submissions
- Optimize assay performance and reliability
- Evaluate new reagents and materials for integration
- Participate in project planning and timeline estimation
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends
- Support scale-up activities from lab to production
- Perform root cause analysis on experimental failures
- Assist in technology transfer between departments
- Use laboratory instrumentation for sample analysis
- Develop standard operating procedures for new methods
- Participate in peer review of experimental plans
- Contribute to intellectual property development
- Work with quality assurance to resolve deviations
- Support supplier qualification efforts
- Conduct feasibility studies for new product concepts
- Maintain organized data sets for audit readiness
