Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges faced by developers during implementation
- Provide hands-on support for API and SDK integration processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track product issues
- Create and maintain code examples and technical documentation
- Respond to support inquiries from developer users promptly
- Onboard new developers with best practices and guidance
- Monitor community forums and developer discussions for common issues
- Gather and communicate product feedback from developers to internal teams
- Assist in debugging authentication and authorization flows
- Support the creation of tutorials and sample applications
- Educate developers on security and compliance best practices
- Track and report on recurring technical support trends
- Work closely with product teams to clarify feature capabilities
- Help refine developer documentation based on user input
- Participate in improving internal support tools and processes
